Long ago, the Celts spread through Northern Europe and bested the Roman Empire from time to time... and most famously settled in Ireland. There they created a wealth of intricate knotwork in their art, decorating everything in complex intertwined forms. Here we have created a lovely ring in sterling silver with Celtic knots on the shank, and with an 8 x 6mm faceted gemstone flanked by two trefoil knots.
