1. No Synthetic* gemstones in our showcases.

*also known as man made, lab created, lab grown, faux, imitation, fake.

 

2. We will not knowingly copy another jeweler's design.

If you like that ring you have been looking at someplace else, go buy it there.

 

3. We do not sell "mountings"

We create exquisite rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets and other jewelry for our gemstones or your gemstones. Please don't cheapen our efforts by calling our work a "mounting."

 

4. If you don't see what you want, ask!

We will be happy to do a custom designed creation just for you.

 

5. We do not have "Sale" events.

Stores that do add extra markup in order to offer "Sale" prices. Instead we put our true and honest price on every item. Really. This is called "Truth in Pricing"

 

6. We do not dicker.

See rule #5.... what is this, a jewelry store or a used car lot?

 

7. No high pressure sales tactics.

If you wanted us to badger you into buying something, let us apologise in advance. You know what you want, and we respect that.

 

8. No Manufactured Jewelry.

Except for the chains our pendants hang on, we will make all the jewelry ourselves, thank you very much.* The occasional exception may be made for very special pieces, BUT we will tell you right up front.

 

9. Our creations are our own copyrighted designs.

Pursuant to U.S. and International law our jewelry may not be copied or reproduced. This includes custom designs and design drawings.

 

10. You are our most important asset.

If there is some way we can better serve you, please ask, and we will try our best to help.
