We are actively seeking:

Expertly skilled journey level jeweler to manage busy, vibrant custom design studio artisans. In addition to some bench work and assisting customers, you will manage custom jobs and repairs, making sure jobs are done on time and efficently. You will work closely with the store owner (who is a goldsmith) to make sure the jobs are done to our exacting standards and that customers have an outstanding experience.
 
The optimum candidate would be a goldsmith with extensive experience in repair, fabrication, casting and creation of jewelry, and management of bench jewelers. Additional expertise includes fabrication of heads and parts, bezel, prong, channel and pave setting. A positive, personable attitude, willingness to assist clients, and strong communication skills are a must.

We are a creative custom design jewelry store located in Woodinville, WA just outside Seattle. Our work has been featured in National Jeweler, JCK, Lapidary Journal, and Ornament. We have enjoyed steady growth since we opened in 1985, and the owner takes a daily role in all store operations.

Woodinville is a small but growing town somewhat suburban in nature, but with a small town friendliness. Long known for it's equestrian orientation, and frequent hot air balloon overflights, Woodinville now has more amenities and shopping. Barnes and Noble, Linens and Things, and a 12 cinema theater are relatively new additions, and join grocers, specialty stores and the regionally famous Molbak's Garden Center.

We make almost all the jewelry in our showcases (except gold chains.) We do so with creativity and style, in a mix of more avant garde art oriented pieces, and finely crafted mainstream oriented jewels. We do a lot of custom designing for our clients, who are pleasant and amenable to work with. We do repairs on fine jewelry items only- no watch work except batteries & bands, no eyeglasses, no costume jewelry. We don't wear suits, but we don't wear blue jeans either- we are informal but committed to excellence.

Full Time: Excellent compensation, with Medical Insurance, and Dental Insurance, Sick Pay, Paid Vacation and Major Retail Holidays

No Mall Hours- We work Tues-Fri 9:15-6:30 Thursday shifts 9:15-8:30, and Saturday 9:15-5:30. Relatively limited overtime during December and late November. We even close the day after Christmas.
